About Us
Home Sweet Home provides 24/7 care so that people can remain living at home. We serve the elderly, adults and adolescences with disabilities, and people in the hospice program. Home Sweet Home assists individuals and couples who can no longer be alone and need help with daily activities. We also provide assistance to help people move back home from nursing homes. Another aspect of Home Sweet Home is to care for people who are rehabilitating from injury or surgery. Home Sweet Home also assists individuals living in group homes to move to their own place. Our agency also extends to people in hospice so they can be in the comfort of their own home at the end of their life.
Home Sweet Home matches individuals on our staff to each client, so the family feels like the staff becomes a member of their family. Staff provides care, supervision, personal cares, cooking, cleaning, shopping, medication pick-up, transportation and accompaniment to medical appointments and transportation to church, family visits and community events. We also provide pet care for cats, dogs, and birds.
Every aspect of Home Sweet Home is centered around each person individually to give them the best quality of life and give them an opportunity to have a say about each day of their life.

In Home Care
Our In Home care provides assistance with daily living. We help provide personal cares, companionship, supervision, medication reminders, and many other care needs.
Transportation
At Home Sweet Home we provide transportation to many different events for our clients. We want to make sure our clients can go to medical appointments, church, visit with family, and be able to attend community events.
Hospice
Home Sweet Home provides cares for hospice to make sure that our clients can be in the comfort of their own home at the end of their life.
